Samuel Okyere

Samuel Okyere has worked at PenTrust Ltd. since April 2015, starting as a Fund Administration & Investment Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for reconciling daily cash accounts, maintaining client records, preparing valuation reports, and processing client statements. Samuel then moved on to become a Fund Administrator & Investment Manager in January 2020, overseeing various tasks such as uploading client contribution lists and providing updates on non-active clients. Currently, Samuel holds the position of Head of Fund Administration & Investment Monitoring, starting in August 2022. Before joining PenTrust Ltd., Samuel worked as an Actuarial Trainee at the Ghana Agricultural Insurance Pool from June 2013 to December 2014, assisting in underwriting index insurance policies and conducting research for crop insurance products.

Samuel Okyere has a Master's Degree in MSc Industrial Finance and Investments from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, which they obtained between 2018 and 2020. Samuel also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science from the University for Development Studies, which they completed between 2009 and 2013. In addition, Samuel has received trustee training in pension management from African University College of Communication (AUCC) in 2017. Their high school education was completed at Ghana National College, where they studied General Science. Samuel also attended Star of the East Prep School, but no degree or field of study is specified for this institution.
