Richard Crampton

Richard Crampton has a extensive work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Richard started their career at Apricot Computers in 1988 and then moved to Seagate Technology as a Process Engineer in 1989. Richard then joined NCR Corporation as a Principal Industrial Engineer in 1990. After that, they worked at Solectron as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in 1994 and then as a Manufacturing Engineering Staff Manager in 1997. In 2001, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Advisor at Solectron. From 2004 to 2016, Richard worked at Boston Scientific in roles such as Snr Industrial Engineer, Production Manager, and Manager II, Production. In 2016, they joined Penumbra, Inc. as an Industrial Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Industrial Engineering in 2019. Richard has demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean programs, driving continuous improvement, and managing production operations.

Richard Crampton obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Technology & Industrial Studies from Edinburgh Napier University, completing their education from 1983 to 1988.
