Shawn Adams

Shawn Adams is an experienced manufacturing executive with over two decades in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Penumbra, Inc. since December 2009. Throughout various leadership roles, including Vice President of Production and Director of Production, Shawn has successfully driven the launch of new products, established performance objectives, and ensured on-time manufacturing of medical devices. Prior experience includes production leadership at W.L. Gore & Associates and operations management at Biomerix Corporation. Additionally, experience spans roles in manufacturing engineering and production supervision at companies such as Johnson Matthey and Medtronic Percusurge. Shawn holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Ohlone College and furthered education at California State University - East Bay.
