Surbhi Sarna

Surbhi Sarna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Group Partner and Visiting Partner at Y Combinator since September 2020, Surbhi also holds board positions at Penumbra, Inc., The Harker School, Draper University, and Astia. Additionally, Surbhi was a Board Director at Biora Therapeutics from June 2021 to June 2023 and previously served as President of nVision Medical under Boston Scientific from 2018 to 2020. As the CEO and Founder of nVision Medical from 2012 to 2018, Surbhi led the company’s efforts in ovarian cancer treatment before its acquisition by Boston Scientific. Surbhi's early career included roles as a Product Development Engineer at a cardiovascular device startup and as a Quality Engineer at Abbott. Surbhi holds an educational background from the University of California, Berkeley, and The Harker School.
