Timothy Mason

Timothy Mason has extensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Timothy started their career as a Program Intern at Spectrum Community Services Inc in 2006. Timothy then worked as a Computer Operator at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) from 2004 to 2007.

In 2007, they joined Synarc Inc as a Clinical Operations Assistant and later moved on to the role of Clinical Operations Specialist. At Synarc, they were responsible for coordinating radiology services and operational activities. Timothy was also involved in managing the start-up and authorization of international and US sites.

From 2010 to 2012, Timothy worked as a Clinical Operations Associate at Synarc Inc. In this role, they acted as the primary operations contact for clinical sites and project managers. Timothy also coordinated global trainings with on-site personnel and ensured all deliverables were met.

In 2012, they joined Synarc as a Clinical Data Manager. Timothy then moved to Gilead Sciences in 2013 as a Clinical Data Associate II. At Gilead Sciences, they served as the primary Clinical Data Management contact for multiple phase III studies and ensured the accurate and timely acquisition of diverse clinical data.

In 2017, Timothy became a Senior Clinical Data Manager at Exelixis. Timothy worked in this role until 2019, when they joined Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. as a Manager Clinical Data Management. Subsequently, they joined Penumbra, Inc. as a Principal Clinical Data Manager in December 2019 and continues to work there.

Timothy Mason earned a Certificate in Clinical Trial Design and Management from San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S in Health Sciences-Administration from California State University - East Bay, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.
