Lucian Licata

Lucian Licata currently serves as Fund Controller at Penzance, a role held since March 2022. Prior to this position, Lucian worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from February 2015 to March 2022, holding two Vice President titles: the first focused on Valuations, where responsibilities included reviewing real estate appraisals and coordinating with capital markets, and the second as Real Estate Finance Manager, overseeing financial reporting and performance tracking for private real estate funds. Earlier experience includes roles as REIT Controller at Colony Capital, Inc., and various positions at PwC specializing in consumer finance and mortgage lending. Lucian holds a B.S. in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Binghamton University School of Management in 2007.
