Peter Titus

Peter Titus is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Construction at Penzance since January 2020. Previously, Peter held the position of Senior Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders USA from November 2013 to January 2020, overseeing notable projects such as 77 Greenwich and The Frick Collection in New York. Peter also worked as a Project Manager at Eastern Millwork, Inc., managing projects including the St. Mary's Hospital for Children Expansion and the Theatre for a New Audience. Earlier experience includes roles as an MEP Engineer & Superintendent at Turner Construction Company, contributing to significant projects like the Madison Square Garden Transformation Project.
