Kayla Tan has a strong background in business operations, finance, and sales strategy. Kayla currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Finance at People.ai, starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Expedia Group for six years, where they held several leadership roles. These roles included being the Vice President of Revenue Operations & Finance from April 2018 to October 2020, Director of Sales Strategy and Management from September 2016 to April 2018, Manager of Sales Operations & Sales Finance from August 2015 to September 2016, and Manager of Marketing & Finance from February 2014 to August 2015. Before joining Expedia Group, Kayla worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Zynga.org in 2013. Throughout their career, they have been instrumental in driving growth, scaling teams, and implementing effective sales analytics strategies.

Kayla Tan has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Southern California Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University of Technology.
