Luna Chen

Luna Chen has a strong background in finance and operations. Luna is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at ClickUp since August 2021. Before that, Luna held various leadership roles at People.ai, including Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Finance from October 2020 onwards and Vice President of Revenue Operations & Finance from February 2019 to October 2020.

Prior to their time at People.ai, Luna worked at AppDynamics as the Director of Sales Strategy and Management from January 2016 to September 2018. Luna played a crucial role in scaling the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to $500 million and building a strong Sales Analytics team.

Luna also has experience working at Expedia, Inc. - Hotwire as a Marketing Finance Manager in 2014, and at Zynga as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2013 to 2014.

Luna Chen has pursued a diverse education history. Luna obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Sociology from the Communication University of China. Luna then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology from Syracuse University. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Statistics from Syracuse University. Luna further expanded their educational background by obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
