Scott Metcalf has extensive experience in customer success and strategic alliances, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at People.ai and previously holding similar positions at ThoughtSpot. Throughout Scott's career, roles have included Director and Manager positions in Customer Success, as well as leadership in strategic partnerships at Dremio. Additionally, Scott has served as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at MongoDB, Inc. and as a Regional Sales Director at Infor. Scott Metcalf received a Bachelor of Science in Education from George Mason University, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1992, and attended Springbrook High School from 1985 to 1987.
