Jim Sweet

Jim Sweet is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Outplacement Coach at People Architects since December 2021, Jim Sweet also works as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Schneider Saddlery. Prior to these roles, Jim Sweet held multiple positions at The Walking Company, including Senior Regional Manager and District Manager, from March 2009 to January 2021. Jim Sweet's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager and District Manager at Big Dog Sportswear from 2002 to 2009. Jim Sweet holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Missouri State University.
