Megan Mayhugh has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Megan is currently the Founder and Managing Partner at People Architects since April 2017. In their previous roles, they served as Head of People and Talent at Schneider Saddlery and Head of Talent at Ninety.io - Software for EOS, both starting in July 2020. Megan also worked as Chief Growth Officer at ERC from October 2020 to August 2021. Megan held the position of Chief Of Staff at INSIGHT2PROFIT from February 2019 to December 2020, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and ensuring organizational focus on key priorities. Prior to that, they served as Chief Strategy Officer and later as Chief Growth Officer at TalentLaunch, overseeing growth strategies and coaching leaders in the staffing and recruiting industry. Megan also held leadership positions at Dealer Tire, Bridgewater Associates, PNC, and National City Bank, where they focused on talent management and HR functions.
Megan Mayhugh holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Megan also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Amherst College.

We offer Fractional Human Resources. Our HR managers, recruiters and coordinators often augment a company's in-house human resources team. Since we work on projects or part-time assignments, the expense is a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee.
