Mona (Walker) LaMar, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at People Architects since March 2022, Mona also holds the position of Principal at Sisu Group Consulting since 2003. Previously, Mona held significant roles at Ernst & Young as Associate Director of Human Resources and at PNC Financial Services Group as Vice President, Senior Talent Consultant, specializing in Talent Strategy and Leadership Development. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President, Human Resources Manager at National City Corporation and as Human Resources Director at AT&T. Mona holds a BA in Psychology, Social & Decision Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
