Founded by Jackie Nimer and Megan Van Buiten, People Conduit lives at the intersection of strategy and soul. We work with leaders, teams, and organizations in the moments that matter — career pivots, company shifts, or personal wake-up calls that demand a new way forward.

Our clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, and parents — people juggling a lot, carrying a lot, and trying to build something that actually feels good.
