Previously, Phil spent four years in the Private Credit Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, responsible for structuring, executing, and managing leveraged loan, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity investments. Phil initially joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in New York, focused on mergers and acquisitions within the Industrials sector; he also spent time in Equity Capital Markets in London, providing strategic advice to large companies across the UK.
Phil earned an AB from Princeton University in 2015, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
