Miranda Mattei

Miranda Mattei has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsabile HR at People Design since September 2014. Responsibilities include coordinating a team for personnel office activities, managing induction and onboarding processes, developing employee growth programs, conducting annual performance reviews, and overseeing contractual changes and recruitment. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and HR Development Specialist, focusing on employee commitment and continuous support. Early career experiences range from internships in recruitment and psychology to positions involving selection processes and employer branding at various firms, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Coaching and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of Bologna.
