Joan Wallace is a seasoned digital video producer and showrunner currently leading the video division at People en Español since August 2019. In this role, Joan is responsible for developing engaging content featuring top celebrities across digital platforms and serves as the showrunner for the digital TV show People VIP. Additionally, Joan oversees a team of video editors, coordinates celebrity bookings for live and virtual interviews, and creates social media content for the brand. Previous experience includes working as a news writer at Newsweek Media Group and as a writer, reporter, and social media manager at Editora Listín Diario. Joan holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and further education from INFOTEP.
