Michelle Smalls is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in social services, particularly in supporting homeless populations and at-risk individuals. Currently serving at People Encouraging People as a Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Case Manager/Outreach Worker since January 2022, Michelle has previously held the position of Recovery Service Coordinator at Behavioral Health System Baltimore from March 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included processing grants for nonprofits.
