Pastor Sylvester Palmer

Pastor Sylvester Palmer is an experienced professional with a background in counseling and transportation. Currently serving as a homeless outreach counsellor at People Encouraging People since November 2022, Pastor Palmer previously worked as a shuttle driver at Metropolitan Healthcare Services, Inc. from October 2021 to December 2022, and as an operator at First Transit from September 2019 to January 2022. Pastor Palmer holds an Associate's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Azusa MTI, which was attained between 1997 and 1999.
