Na Eng has a diverse range of work experience in the communications field. They most recently served as the Chief Communications Officer at People For the American Way, leading a team responsible for campaign communications planning, media relations, and digital organizing. Prior to this, Na was the Director of Communications at the McKnight Foundation, where they led external affairs and served as a strategic advisor. They also have experience as a producer at CNBC, where they created documentaries on business trends and investigations. Na has also worked as a Senior Communications Officer at Mercy Corps, an Emmy Award-winning producer at NOW on PBS, an associate producer at Thomas Lennon Films, and a researcher at NBC News.

Na Eng completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and History at Columbia University from 1994 to 1998. Na then pursued further education at Columbia SIPA, where they obtained a Master of International Affairs degree in Media and Communications from 1998 to 1999.
