Mariana Chytilova is an accomplished Inclusive Designer with extensive experience in enhancing accessibility within various institutions. Since May 2019, Mariana has contributed to the Centre for Architecture and Metropolitan Planning at the Institut plánování a rozvoje hl. m. Prahy, focusing on inclusive design and staff training in accessibility. Mariana co-founded the One World for All project at Člověk v tísni, targeting audiences with disabilities and promoting inclusive cultural engagement. Previous roles include serving as an Inclusive Designer at Česká televize and an Accessibility Specialist at Magistrát hl. m. Praha, where Mariana led the development of accessibility studies and audits. Mariana holds multiple degrees in Disability Studies and Special Needs Education from institutions such as Syracuse University and Masaryk University Brno, alongside an MFA in Drama in Education for the Deaf from Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts.
