Maralyn Militello

Maralyn Militello, MPA, BSN, RN, CPHQ, NEA-BC, currently serves as Senior Vice President at People Inc., starting in September 2023. Previously, Maralyn held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Eastern Niagara Hospital from January 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included oversight of various departments and achieving significant reductions in nursing agency usage. Additionally, Maralyn acted as Chief Executive Officer during the hospital's planned closure and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and System Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer at Kaleida Health, Director of Performance Improvement at Sentara Healthcare, and various leadership roles focusing on performance improvement and patient safety at other healthcare institutions. Maralyn holds a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University at Buffalo.
