Jill Wiedemann-West

Jill Wiedemann-West has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Jill began their career at Burlington Northern Railroad as the Manager-Employee Assistance, where they successfully implemented a behavioral healthcare plan and represented the company on the Joint Plan Committee of the National Railroad Labor Conference.

Afterwards, they worked at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where they held various roles including Vice President of New Ventures and Acquisitions, Vice President of Regional Operations, and Senior Vice President of Adult Services and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they managed clinical operations, developed growth opportunities, and oversaw the operations of multiple treatment sites.

Jill then worked as an Independent Consultant and Contractor at C3 Consultation before joining People Incorporated Mental Health Services. At People Incorporated, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the Chief Executive Officer. In these positions, they managed a wide range of programs and services for individuals with mental illness and individuals in need of home healthcare services.
