Valerie Caudell's work experience begins in 1986 when they worked at Ingersoll Rand as an Operations employee. Valerie then joined OfficeMax in 1997 as an Operations Manager, where they managed a team of seven staff members and provided HR support, telecommunication, data and desktop support to a 500 seat CSC in Bristol, VA, and virtual support to 1200 associates. Valerie remained at OfficeMax until 2016 when they joined People Incorporated of Virginia as the Director of Facilities and Support. Valerie also held the role of a Virginia Master Naturalist from 2014 to 2016.
Valerie Caudell began their education in 2000 at Virginia Highlands CC, where they studied Information Technology. Valerie completed their studies at this college in 2002. After this, they attended King College in Bristol, TN, and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance in 2005.
