Pushkaraj Bidwai has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Pushkaraj began their career as a Management Trainee at Planman Consulting Pvt. Ltd in 2009. Pushkaraj then joined Planman HR Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager in Marketing & Communications, where they successfully handled national-level profiles and expertise in handling PR and media activities.

In 2011, Bidwai joined People Matters as a Senior Manager Marcom & Business Alliances, where they played a significant role in consulting top brands for marketing and media strategies in the Indian HR space. Pushkaraj worked with companies such as Kenexa IBM, Linkedin, DDI, CCL, Mercer, Aon Hewitt, Kronos, Monster.com, Naukri.

Pushkaraj continued their journey at People Matters and took on the role of General Manager Sales and Marketing from 2014 to 2016. During this period, they led the Sales & Marketing function for India's largest HR media brand, focusing on P&L, revenue, business development, customer experience, marketing, brand management, and communications.

In 2016, Bidwai joined qilo as the Head of Sales & Marketing, where they contributed to the company's sales and marketing efforts.

Returning to People Matters in 2017, they held the position of General Manager Global Business and Digital. In this role, they built a new avatar for the digital and product business, established new tech-enabled platform business for the brand, and expanded the company in the APAC region.

Since April 2019, Bidwai has been working as the Chief Business Officer at People Matters, Asia's largest community platform for talent professionals. In this role, they have focused on growing the business, achieved 2x growth in key markets across APAC, and delivered moon shot sales targets. Pushkaraj has also played a vital role in marketing and brand management, leading the strategic vision, driving leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Pushkaraj Bidwai completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Indira College of Commerce, University of Pune, and from 2005 to 2008. Pushkaraj then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, between 2008 and 2010. In addition, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations from IGNOU, during 2009 and 2010. Pushkaraj also completed a certification in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in June 2017.
