Heidi Maher is an experienced professional in workforce capability and talent management, currently serving as Assistant Director Workforce Capability at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet since March 2023. The Department is home to several Commonwealth entities and is responsible for the Office for Women, Office for Best Practice Regulation (OBPR), Office of G20 Sherpa and Behavioural Economics Team of Australia (BETA).
