Helena Kämpfe Fredén

Helena Kaikkonen currently serves as the Education Team Lead and Front-End Team Member at the Husky Coding Project, where significant contributions include developing a website called Billboard that quizzes users on their Spotify listening history and working on a responsive web page for a student organization. Prior experience involves leading the Changemakers in Computing program at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, where Helena developed a curriculum focused on tech ethics for underrepresented high school students, as well as serving as a teaching assistant for CSE 12X. In addition, Helena participated in the MIT Women's Technology Program for Mechanical Engineering and sang in the Columbia Choirs of Metropolitan Seattle from 2016 to 2022. Helena is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Washington, expected to graduate in June 2026.
