Olivia R.

Olivia R. is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience providing strategic support to high-level executives in various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO at Plusgrade since July 2019, Olivia has structured the office of the CEO and implemented efficient procedures for operational excellence. Prior to this role, Olivia supported the Founder & CEO of Luxury Retreats from July 2015 to July 2019, managing key executives during the company’s acquisition by Airbnb and overseeing M&A processes. Experience also includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at TECSYS, managing project tasks and executive calendars from July 2014 to July 2015, and holding management roles in auction and real estate firms beginning in 2004. Olivia holds a Diploma in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History and Studio Arts from Concordia University, as well as a DEC in Photography from Dawson College.
