Fiona Jamison

Fiona Jamison, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Research & People Analytics at People Results since January 2025, leading a team to develop innovative data-driven solutions for organizations. Previously, Fiona held the position of CEO and President at Spring International from January 2015 to January 2025, enhancing employee experiences and engagement to improve business performance. With a foundation as a Partner/Senior Vice President at Spring International from 2004 to 2014, Fiona contributed to thought leadership in human capital analytics. Early career roles include Senior Consultant at Berrier Associates and Senior Research Associate at Branch Associates, Inc., providing research services across various sectors. Fiona’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Business/Human Resources from the University of Bristol and a BSc (Hons) in Business & Finance from the University of Buckingham.
