Kurt Mika, MSML, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, leadership development, and labor relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at People Results since October 2022, Kurt specializes in proactive employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational culture. Previous roles include Consultant in Global Direct & Labor Relations at Dell Technologies, Board Member and Program Chair at CUE Inc., and Manager of Associate and Labor Relations at Sears Holdings Corporation, where effective strategies were developed to prevent union involvement. Additional experience includes senior management roles at Best Buy and Home Depot, as well as a position as a Human Rights Investigator III for the State of Illinois. Kurt holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, both from Western Governors University.
