Lola Hormann

Lola Hormann is an experienced education professional currently serving as the K-12 Coordinator at People Serving People since July 2023, where responsibilities include the development and supervision of K-12 programs and collaboration with community partners to enhance youth events. Previously, Lola worked as an Elementary Educator at Northeast College Prep from 2022 to July 2023, utilizing data analysis to drive planning and instruction. In 2022, Lola served as an Instructional Coach at Breakthrough Twin Cities, providing support and feedback to Teaching Fellows while planning departmental meetings. From 2018 to 2021, Lola was an Elementary School Teacher at Renville County West School District - ISD 2890, where benchmark scores for students improved significantly. Lola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from St. Cloud State University.
