David Ruiter

David Ruiter, PMP, serves as a Sr. Business Analyst at People, Technology & Processes, LLC, since May 2021. Prior experience includes over 28 years with the US Army, where roles included Senior Technology Officer at Army University and various leadership positions at US Africa Command, overseeing technology development, program management, and coalition communications systems. Ruiter contributed to significant projects such as the US Army Cloud-Enabled Networks Concept of Operations and managed extensive audio-visual support efforts for the Command and General Staff College. Ruiter holds a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Technology Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
