James Harmon (Mike)

James "Mike" Harmon is an experienced Technical Library Manager currently employed at People, Technology & Processes, LLC since June 2022, previously holding the same role at F3EA, Inc. from March 2022 to June 2022. Harmon served in the US Navy from October 2015 to January 2021 as a Ship Superintendent and 3M Coordinator, demonstrating strong project management skills and achieving high certification rates for the Maintenance, Material, Management (3M) program. Prior military experience includes leadership roles in the 3M program and plant management in engineering operations from June 2009 to August 2015.
