Melinda Spong

Melinda Spong is currently serving as the Individual Giving and Database Manager at People Working Cooperatively, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melinda held various positions at Health Care Access Now from April 2019 to September 2022, including Development Coordinator and Administrative Specialist. Before that, Melinda spent nearly 15 years at Northern Kentucky University, where roles included Director and Manager of the Office of Community Connections. Melinda's earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead at Women Helping Women of Southwest Ohio and as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. Academically, Melinda holds an M.A. in Gender and Women's Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. magna cum laude in International Relations and German Language & Literature from Mount Holyoke College, with additional education at the University of Hamburg.
