Susan Mospens

Susan Mospens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grant management, community service, and higher education leadership. Currently serving as Grants Contract Manager at People Working Cooperatively, Inc. since July 2019, Susan also contributes as a Community Volunteer for the Covington Parks and Recreation Advisory Group. Prior roles include Grant Writer at St. Joseph Orphanage, where responsibilities included developing a grant program to enhance behavioral health services, and President of the Board of Trustees for Kenton County Public Library, focusing on community interests and operational integrity. With a background at Northern Kentucky University spanning over two decades, Susan directed various student achievement programs, emphasizing financial literacy and student retention for under-resourced, first-generation college students. Susan holds a PhD in Education Administration/Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University, an MS in Counseling from Wright State University, and a BA in Psychology/Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton.
