Malini Venugopal

Malini Venugopal has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Malini started their career in 2004 with Middle East Management Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Malini then worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nostrum in 2006. Later that year, they became a Human Resource Manager at TriVium Systems Inc., where they stayed until 2015. During their time at TriVium Systems Inc., they were responsible for managing the HR function and overseeing various people programs. From 2015 to 2017, Malini worked as an HR Manager at Lucini&Lucini Communications Group, where they continued to drive and deploy people programs and support the development of organizational culture. In 2017, they transitioned to being a Leadership Coach at Spire Life Coaching, where they focused on coaching and developing leaders. Currently, Malini holds the role of Director of Human Resources at People10 Technologies Inc., where they lead the development of culture and key capabilities for the organization and is responsible for securing and maintaining a productive workforce.

Malini Venugopal holds a B.Com degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Bangalore University. Malini also obtained a PGDBA in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, followed by an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from the National Institute of Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Malini has received certifications as a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Life Coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance, and as an NLP Coach Practitioner from the Certified Coaches Alliance as well.
