Deandra Vella

Deandra Vella has extensive experience in the legal and human resources fields, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Entity Solutions (a People2.0 Company) since June 2011 after holding roles as paralegal and Senior HR Consultant. Prior experience includes an HR internship at Deakin University, where work involved supporting the Academic Women Aspiring to Leadership Program and conducting a report on best practices for women's leadership in academia across Australian universities. Deandra Vella holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Deakin University and the University of New England, complemented by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Commercial Law, Human Resource Management, and Biotechnology from Deakin University.
