Becky Barton

Becky Barton is currently the Chief Executive Officer at People415, where Becky provides people solutions for growing companies. Becky also holds the position of Chief People Officer at StartupExperts, an invite-only community of experienced HR, Finance, and Ops leaders. Prior to their current roles, Becky served as the Vice President of Human Resources at ROI DNA and Director of Human Resources at McGladrey. Becky has a background in human resources management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from UC Santa Barbara.
