Chevelle Tan

Chevelle Tan has several years of work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Chevelle began their career in 2015 as a Financial Consultant at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of an IT Recruitment Consultant at Capita Pte Ltd - Staffing & Search, where they specialized in hiring for Information Technology positions. Chevelle was responsible for end-to-end recruiting, business development, and maintaining relationships with candidates. In 2018, Chevelle joined CDNetworks as a Global Talent Acquisition / Senior HR Executive. Chevelle handled various HR-related matters, including recruitment, payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding. In 2020, they worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Structo, where they contributed to HR management. Currently, Chevelle holds the position of Senior Recruiter at Peoplebank, where they utilize their expertise to recruit talents for the organization.

Chevelle Tan completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Birmingham between 2013 and 2015. Before that, they earned a Diploma in Marketing from Nanyang Polytechnic from 2010 to 2013, focusing on the field of study in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Chevelle obtained various certifications including Occupational First Aid from the Singapore Red Cross in February 2021. Chevelle also holds certifications in Build Relationships With Customers, Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examination (CMFAS), Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), and Deliver Service Excellence from institutions such as the Singapore Workforce Development Agency and the Ministry of Manpower.
