Chie Soma is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing and improving operational functions across the staffing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Peoplebank since May 2022, Chie oversees key areas such as Marketing, Digital Transformation, and Client Services, aiming to align operational strategies with company objectives. Previously, Chie held roles including Business Improvement and Innovation Manager at Peoplebank, General Manager of HR Transformation at RGF Staffing APEJ, and Interim Chief People Officer for Chandler Macleod Group. Chie's career began as a Graduate Recruiter at Recruit Holdings, where foundational skills in recruiting and public speaking were developed. Chie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Keio University and participated in an exchange program at the University of California, Davis.
