Caron Yep

Caron Yep has extensive work experience in the field of leadership development, coaching, and organizational transformation. Caron has worked in various roles and organizations, including Enhanced Potential as an Executive Coach and Director, J&G Consulting as a Principal Consultant, PeopleBench as a Senior Consultant, the NeuroLeadership Institute as an Engagement Manager and Facilitator, Lee Hecht Harrison as a Senior Consultant and Career Coach, Griffith University as a Guest Lecturer, BHP Billiton as an Organizational Development Specialist and Senior HR Advisor, HSBC as a Learning and Development Manager, Hays as a Leadership Development Consultant, and Bank of America as a Leadership Development Consultant. Throughout their career, Caron has demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs, facilitating culture change initiatives, implementing performance management systems, and providing individual coaching support. Caron Yep's education history includes a Master's of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Canterbury, which was obtained from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Caron Yep completed a Bachelor's degree in Physiology, General from the University of Otago from 1995 to 1998.
