Prashant Nalawade

Prashant Nalawade is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Peoplebox since April 2024, Prashant manages all HR aspects including recruitment and performance management while collaborating with founders to enhance organizational success. Prior to Peoplebox, Prashant held significant roles at Entropik Tech as Talent Acquisition Lead and Assistant Manager Human Resources, where key contributions included restructuring the recruitment team and implementing a new ATS platform. At Intugine, Prashant was instrumental as a founding recruiter, developing strategies to attract top talent, and at Synup, held multiple roles involving end-to-end recruitment processes. Prashant's career began at Blue Ocean Ventures and includes experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Talentyantra. Prashant holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from MP Birla Institute of Management.
