Ioannis Seretis

Ioannis Seretis is an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer currently employed at PeopleCert since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ioannis worked at Vodafone from September 2020 to April 2023 as a 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer, providing advanced troubleshooting in a call center environment. Previously, Ioannis served as an Anti-Cheat Specialist at ESL - Turtle Entertainment from September 2018 to August 2020, starting the career as a 1st Level Technical Support Agent. Ioannis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ΤΕΙ ΣΤΕΡΕΑΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΑΣ (2015 - 2022) and an Engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from 1ο ΕΠΑΛ ΔΑΦΝΗΣ (2014 - 2015).
