Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson got his first taste of working in technology when he snagged an IT internship for Navy Federal right out of high school. He never looked back. While studying for his B.S. in computer science at Christopher Newport University, he got another highly prized internship with Lockheed Martin. After graduating, Andrew worked for Lockheed for 3 years as a System Integration and Test Engineer. There he became the envy of everyone who has ever watched The Hunt For Red October by developing software for Navy submarines. At PeopleConnect, he uses his knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bash, Python, and a few other languages to support and create amazing products. When he’s not coding, you can spot Andrew with a number pinned to his chest as he runs marathons and half marathons. He’s run in dozens, including the 2014 Boston Marathon. He might call San Diego home, but he still loves to watch Washington sports teams like the Commanders, Wizards, and Capitals.
