Gemma Coulls

Gemma is PeopleConnect’s Payroll Administrator. Born in Holland, Gemma grew up in Alabama and Florida before attending the University of Tampa, where she joined the swim team as a freestyle and breaststroke sprinter. Her love of team building, combined with a passion for number crunching, eventually lead her into a career in Human Resources and payroll. Prior to PeopleConnect, Gemma worked in the hospitality industry, and she was excited to make the transition into tech.
