After graduating with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, she completed a year of service with PASS Americorps mentoring at-risk youth in the greater San Diego area. She continued this passion for helping others as she began her career at Santa Clara University as a Senior Administrative Assistant to the Major Gifts team.
From there she moved on to People Connect where she serves as an Executive Assistant, reporting to the Director of Office Administration. Maddison wears many hats in her role at People Connect from maintaining office common areas and inventory to helping plan office events to building relationships with vendors.
