Åse Swedin's education history begins in 1989 when they attended the Pakistani International School in Damascus, Syria. Åse then moved to Morristown East High School in Tennessee from 1992 to 1993. In 1990, they enrolled at Östra Real where they pursued a humanistisk linje degree.

Continuing their education, Åse attended Umeå University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, in 1996 to 1997, they studied at the University of Aberdeen and earned a Master's degree in Marketing.
