Joshua Cheng

Joshua Cheng is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing. Currently serving as the VP of Performance Marketing at PeopleFinders since September 2025, Joshua previously held significant roles at PeopleConnect, including Senior Director and Director of Growth Marketing. Prior to that, Joshua spent nearly eight years at A4D, progressing from Media Analyst to Associate Director of Media Operations, overseeing a media department of 14 individuals and focusing on revenue growth. Joshua’s early career includes various roles in marketing and business development, with foundational experiences gained through internships and positions in customer engagement and education. Joshua holds a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Economics from UC San Diego.
