Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career at NutraCea as a Warehouse Manager, where they managed shipping and receiving, handled inventory, performed clerical and reception work, and also had responsibilities in accounting, payables, graphic arts, and sales. After that, Mike worked at Work on Sisu as a Modeler and Texture Artist. Mike then enrolled in Ex'pression College and completed a full-time, full-immersion program focusing on Animation and Visual Effects. At Ex'pression College, they worked as a Teacher's Aide, assisting in Modeling 01 and the Final Project. Mike also gained experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Tester at DCS, where they researched and interpreted design documents to create test cases for America's Army.

Mike later joined Zynga, starting as a QA Analyst 1 and quickly progressing to the roles of QA Lead, Senior QA Lead, and eventually becoming a QA Manager. In this role, they managed multiple project budgets and teams of QA Analysts and Engineers across various locations and product types, ensuring successful launches and maintaining live products. Mike was recognized with the TEAM UP! Energy Award for their communication, organization, and support skills.

After their time at Zynga, Mike worked as a Project Manager, Quality at Electronic Arts (EA), where they contributed to project management and quality assurance efforts. Mike currently holds the position of Project Manager at PeopleFinders, where they partner with stakeholders to drive project execution, creates product specifications, and ensures the successful delivery of various product developments.

Mike Bailey pursued their education from 1998 to 2003 at Cosumnes River College, where they obtained an A.A. degree in Fine Arts. Mike further enhanced their skills and knowledge from 2005 to 2008 at Expression College for Digital Arts, where they earned a B.A.S. degree specializing in Animation and Visual Effects.
