Will Sandalls

Will Sandalls has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Will is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at PeopleFinders since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Backend Developer at Corporate Travel Management US from September 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at MATHNASIUM, LLC as a Senior Developer from November 2018 to September 2019 and as a Developer from October 2016 to November 2018. Will also worked as a Full Stack Web Developer at Optio from February 2016 to October 2016.

In addition to their software development roles, Will participated in a hack-a-thon called VetsHack 2016 as a hack-a-thon participant in September 2016. Will developed an interactive companion to the standard military EAS coursework to provide better access for discharged veterans.

Before transitioning to software development, Will worked as an Audio Engineer and Mixer as a freelancer from January 2006 to July 2016, and as a Staff Engineer at Interscope Studios from January 2006 to July 2016. Will also served as a Chief Engineer at Blue Jay Recording from August 1999 to January 2006, where they started as an intern and eventually took over sole engineering responsibilities.

Will Sandalls attended Weston High School from 1989 to 1992. Will then went on to earn a BA in Sociology from Colby College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further education at Berklee College of Music from 1996 to 1998, earning a Professional Diploma in Music Production and Engineering.
